Is there a minimum price for a custom order?

Yes. At this time, we have a $60 purchase minimum if you’d like to place a custom order. Please send us an email or visit our contact page to get in touch with us.

When do I need to place my custom order?

The sooner the better! Two weeks notice is ideal for custom arrangements, and 3-4 weeks is best for small gatherings and events.  However, if you need something sooner, please don’t hesitate to contact us! We will do our very best to work with you, even on short notice.

What’s a Market Bouquet?

Market Bouquets are assortments of flowers and greenery wrapped in paper.  See our Offerings page for more details.

Can I buy a Market Bouquet at any time?

Unfortunately we do not sell individual Market Bouquets on a regular basis.  These will be available for purchase from time to time throughout the year- please see our Details page for a list of upcoming events.

However, Market Bouquets make great gifts, and we have it on good authority that teachers, employees, and clients love flowers! If you’d like to place an order, we would love to provide you with a handful of Market Bouquets that you could gift multiple people (for example, as end of the semester teacher gifts).  Just shoot us an email and we can chat about specifics.

Can I book you as my wedding florist?

Absolutely! We would be honored to work with you and create beautiful flowers for your wedding day.  We put great thought and care into each wedding we work on, and for that reason we take on a limited number of weddings per year.  Please fill out the form on our Contact page as soon as possible, and we can schedule a time to meet with you.

What is your starting price for wedding florals?

We don’t have a set starting price for weddings.  We know that each couple and each wedding is completely unique, and we want to work with you to accomplish your vision within your budget.  That said, it is common to allocate 10-15% of your wedding budget to fresh flowers.   After an initial consultation with us, we will provide multiple price point options for your consideration. 

How should I care for my flowers?

          To keep your flowers looking beautiful follow these simple steps:
    • There should be no leaves on any part of the flower stems submerged in water
    • Fill vase with room temperature water and change it every day
    • Trim the stems at least every other day
    • Place flowers away from direct air conditioning, sunlight, heat, and fruit baskets
Note: Bacteria growth in your flower vase is the enemy.  Following these steps will keep bacteria to a minimum and keep your flowers looking fresh as long as possible.

Help! My flowers are wilting!

We strive to provide you with fresh beautiful bouquets and arrangements. Flowers are, by nature, very delicate and require lots of love and attention. Please follow our flower care suggestions above to ensure that your blooms last as long as possible.

Please note that full refunds are not available.  In the unlikely event that a stem dies within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy swap them out at our home studio with a similar stem of equal or greater value.
